WARRANTY

All parts fabricated by Prius Offroad LLC have a lifetime warranty against parts failure with proof of original purchase. Parts that have been modified from original shipping condition are no longer covered under warranty. This does not include hardware.

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not include any shipping fees incurred. Defective/damaged part must be returned to Prius Offroad LLC. Once returned we will replace the part with an exact duplicate, within a reasonable time frame. Hardware (bolts/nuts) provided have no warranty.  

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Off-road driving is an inherently dangerous activity. Some vehicle modifications may adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. In purchasing any products from Prius Offroad LLC, the purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility in any property damage or personal injury that may occur while using products manufactured and sold by Prius Offroad LLC. Prius Offroad LLC will not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from parts manufactured or sold by Prius Offroad LLC. All products sold by Prius Offroad LLC are sold with the intent of off-road use only. Any other use or application is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. The user understands that they are modifying a vehicle outside of what was intended by the original manufacturer and that additional wear, tear, strain, stress and damage of components may be experienced due to the installation of aftermarket parts and accessories. Some modifications and installation of aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use and cannot under any circumstances hold Prius Offroad LLC or any of its affiliates responsible or liable. Prius Offroad LLC strongly recommends that all products only be installed by a trained professional. 

NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In buying products manufactured or sold by Prius Offroad LLC, purchaser agrees not to reproduce, reverse engineer, duplicate, or manufacture any company products. 

Purchaser also agrees to not engage in any action that would result in the application of products for resale or manufacture by a dealer or any other organization, company, person, etc. Purchaser may not use any Prius Offroad LLC products for the purpose of redesign for an alternative or substitute product. Purchaser agrees not to engage in any practice that would involve compromising company market share or customer base due to redistribution, redesign, re-engineering, manufacturing, etc. of any company products. Purchaser agrees to not provide any knowledge whatsoever to competitors, companies, and individuals within or outside of the manufacturing industry; All information regarding products should be held as trade secrets. Purchaser of product is held accountable and punishable by law for any product ideas, photos, dimensions, etc. that are shared with competitors or individuals, etc in an effort to re-create, resell, redistribute, or redesign products.

INSTALLATION

Prius Offroad LLC is not responsible for any damages or bodily harm caused by any product or product installation. By agreeing to these terms you agree to all the terms laid out in this agreement.

Do not purchase or install any part manufactured or sold by Prius Offroad LLC if you do not agree with above terms, and/or if you do not feel competent in installing and using the products safely and correctly. Improper installation or manufacturing procedures of DIY components can lead to personal injury, death, or property damage; a qualified professional should install all products and only skilled individuals should complete all DIY parts.

All products sold by Prius Offroad LLC are considered use at your own risk!
